Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ItemFlow Finance handles account, financial, billing, cloud, and local database information.
Information we may store
ItemFlow Finance may store information needed to provide the app, including your account email, profile settings, workspace settings, selected language, subscription status, device information, and support information you choose to send us.
The app may also store finance-related records you enter, such as accounts, categories, transactions, budgets, goals, counterparties, shopping lists, discount cards, and related settings.
Local data
When you use local mode, financial data may be stored in a local SQLite database on your device. Local data can include account records, transactions, categories, budgets, goals, settings, and local database metadata.
You are responsible for keeping backups of local data if you rely on local mode. ItemFlow Finance may provide export or recovery tools, but local data can be lost if the app or device data is deleted and no backup exists.
Cloud mode and synchronization
When you use cloud mode, your data is synchronized through the ItemFlow backend so it can be accessed after sign-in and, where supported, across devices or workspaces.
Cloud synchronization requires network access and uses backend services operated for ItemFlow Finance.
Subscriptions and Apple App Store
Subscriptions and purchases may be processed through the Apple App Store. Apple may process payment, purchase, renewal, refund, and subscription information according to Apple's own policies.
ItemFlow Finance may receive purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and subscription state needed to activate or manage app access.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.
We may use service providers needed to operate the app, backend, hosting, email delivery, analytics, diagnostics, support, and App Store subscription processing. These services are used only to provide and maintain ItemFlow Finance.
Support and contact
If you contact support, we may use the details you provide, such as your account email, device model, iOS version, app version, and problem description, to investigate and respond to your request.
